Joshua Burnside - “Under The Concrete” Out 30th Oct
Irish songwriter releases new music video for Under The Concrete -
Now a month removed from the release of his sophomore album ‘Into The
Depths Of Hell’, Irish songwriter Joshua Burnside will release a new
music video for standout track ‘Under The Concrete’. With traditional
folk and latin rhythms and inspiration rooted in shame and
uncertainty, Burnside looked to capture the gothic macabre of his new
single.
Featuring trumpeter Sarah Martin from his live band, the video follows
the story laid out in the lyrics of Burnside’s ‘Under The Concrete’.
Children flee out windows into the clutches of the devil and people
dance under the grey concrete. Shot by David Moody at the Vault Artist
Studios in East Belfast, the same location of Burnside’s recording
studio, the new visuals give context to this fan-favourite track.
